Terms & Services

Please read these terms carefully before using our services

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the cleaning services provided by Four Wings Cleaning Company ("we," "us," or "our") in Twentynine Palms, California and surrounding areas. By scheduling or receiving our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Agreement

By booking a cleaning service, you enter into an agreement with Four Wings Cleaning Company for the specific services described at the time of booking. The scope of work (e.g., standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/out) will be confirmed in writing or by email when possible. We will perform the services in a professional and workmanlike manner using industry-standard practices and, where applicable, the products and methods agreed upon (including eco-friendly options if selected).

Any additional tasks not included in the original scope may be subject to extra charges, which we will communicate before performing.

2. Scheduling and Access

You are responsible for providing access to the premises at the scheduled time. If our team cannot access the property (e.g., locked door, gate code not working, no one available), we may charge a trip fee and reschedule at a mutually agreed time. We ask that you secure pets if they may pose a safety or distraction concern, and that you disclose any relevant access or safety information (e.g., alarms, codes) in advance.

3. Payments

Payment terms will be specified at booking. Generally:

  • Payment is due at or before the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept cash, check, and major credit/debit cards or other methods we specify.
  • Recurring clients may be invoiced on a weekly or monthly basis as per agreement.
  • Late payments may be subject to a late fee as communicated in your service agreement.
  • Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice for future bookings; current bookings will be honored at the quoted rate.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans change. To avoid inconvenience and allow us to serve other clients:

  • Cancellation: We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation of a scheduled cleaning. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of the scheduled service or a flat fee as specified at booking.
  • Rescheduling: Rescheduling with at least 24 hours' notice is typically free of charge. Last-minute rescheduling may be subject to availability and possibly a fee.
  • No-access: If we arrive and cannot access the property through no fault of our team, the visit may be charged as a completed trip or a no-access fee.

Recurring service agreements may have specific cancellation or pause terms; those will be outlined in your individual agreement.

5. Satisfaction and Recleaning

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of a cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of the service. We will work with you to address the concern, which may include a complimentary recleaning of the affected area(s) when the issue is due to our performance. This policy does not cover issues arising from factors outside our control (e.g., pre-existing damage, inadequate access, or scope changes not previously agreed).

6. Liability Limitations

Four Wings Cleaning Company carries liability insurance as required for our operations. Notwithstanding that:

  • Our liability for any claim arising from or related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific cleaning service that gave rise to the claim.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, or personal injury, except where prohibited by law.
  • We are not responsible for damage to items that are not reasonably cleanable by standard methods (e.g., delicate antiques, certain fabrics, or items you have not disclosed as requiring special care). We are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear.
  • You agree to notify us of any valuable, fragile, or sensitive items and any areas or items that should be excluded from cleaning before we begin.

7. Customer Responsibilities

To allow us to perform our services safely and effectively, you agree to:

  • Provide a safe environment (e.g., disclose hazards, secure pets as needed, ensure safe access).
  • Secure or remove valuable items, cash, and important documents from areas we will clean, if desired.
  • Disclose any special instructions, areas to avoid, or products we must not use (e.g., due to allergies or surface sensitivity).
  • Ensure that the premises are not in a condition that would endanger our staff (e.g., biohazards, illegal substances, or unsafe structures). Special conditions may require separate agreements or referrals.

8. Privacy and Property

We respect your privacy and property. Our staff are trained to work in your space with discretion. We do not share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide services or as required by law. For more detail, see our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. For existing agreements, the terms in effect at the time of booking may apply unless we notify you otherwise.
